Local Women Walk 60 Miles for the Cure

The 60-mile walk was incredibly inspiring! The three of us raised nearly $9,000 for the Susan G. Komen For the Cure Foundation with donations still coming in. The event was very well organized with tremendous support from the community. We felt like celebrities as we were cheered continuously along the route. It was definitely not an easy feat as the temperature was in the 90’s every day and the concrete was hard, but we made it. We finished right alongside many breast cancer survivors, women going through treatment, and 2800+ people who have been affected some way by this horrible disease. I was so impressed with how well the event was organized and the dedication from all the volunteers and walkers. I would highly recommend everybody experience this! The three of us are blessed to be healthy and able to complete this goal.

Winter Children’s Coat Drive:  Like you, all of us here at the Kristan Cole Team want every child to have warm winter clothes.  We are accepting donations at our office through December for winter coats, hats, scarf, gloves, and boots.  These will be then given to local school nurses to distribute to those who need them the most.  Together we are making a difference.  Just stop by our office anytime to drop off your items.
