Brad and I recently attended and taught at Sell-a-bration® 2007.  There were more than 1,200 of the nation’s top residential real estate specialists attending. Sell-a-bration® is an annual three-day education and networking event for residential REALTORS® which was held at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas Jan. 31 – February 2.  Brad and I were thrilled to speak to the group about team building and life balance.  We were invited to speak by Howard Brinton, CEO and Founder of Star Power in Boulder, CO.  Click here for photo

We also had the opportunity to here Chris Bird from Champagne, Illinois speak.  His was a former IRS agent for 16 years and now a financial planner.  I wrote a separate blog about the information he shared about Fraud Protection.  He also shared a significant tax change that could affect many of you.  For mortgages issued after 2006, the MIP (PMI) known as Mortgage Insurance Premium will be deductible as interest (subject to income limitations).  This is great news for any new buyers of homes.
